TWC has the all time worst ISP on earth, bar none and Airenetworks picked a perfect time to crash and burn this morning.
UPDATE: After eight hours our ISP seems to be back on the air. We're still testing email to see if it works correctly but so far so good. You may revert to the normal email addresses. Thank you.
Our email service had been spiraling ever downward for weeks and has apparently stopped functioning altogether (several critical emails sent early this morning never got where they were going). The entire ISP is completely down and has been all day. And, as is the habit of Airenetworks support and staff, nobody will answer the phone, call you back, or otherwise give any indication of when the problem will be resolved. Or even admit there is a problem for that matter.
So, we fired up the rusty squirrel cage server. It's an Eco-Nazi's wet dream. A hybrid-power device that runs alternatively on wind power, Bubonic Plague infected California Ground Squirrels, pedal power, or using steam generated by wood burning (like a locomotive). It's slow, but it gets there.
You can contact us by email temporarily at:
Then stick in the AT sign
Domain is that big one that is the same as the soft drink. Oh wait, that's Yoo Hoo.
Call us at the normal number but you'll only get voicemail.
Extensions and estimates are falling behind and will likely be faxed rather than emailed. That is mostly because the squirrels don't run fast enough to move big files.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for bearing with us.
