Torres Garnacha is a nice light wine that's perfect for a hot afternoon picnic under the trees or on the pool deck. Keep it in the cooler until poured, this one is better on the chilly side.

2003 St Francis Cabernet. You'll not be disappointed.
2002 Franciscan Magnificat. I haven't reviewed this but it is a wonderful Meritage from the same folks who do Franciscan Merlot and Franciscan Cabernet, either of which is generally delightful. Although one vintage or another may be better, any of the recent vintages will prove enjoyable.
