On Friday, my friends at Sunset Ridge Vineyards are giving a little débutante coming out party for their delcioso, estate grown, 2007 Petite Sirah. TWC had the opportunity to see them bottle the 2007 a while back.
Drop by the Paso Wine Centre for a little taste, a glass, or an entire bottle. As unremarkable as it may seem, it wasn't long ago that buying a glass of wine from a tasting room was strictly verboten.
Paso Wine Centre is in downtown Paso Robles at 1240 Park Street. This is small town Americana where they roll up the sidewalks early. That means you're gettin' the boot at 8:00 so be there at 6:00 sharp for a little music and some excellent wine.
