The Original Wine Commonsewer Theme Song

Good Morning Gentle Readers,

Stick McGhee penned the tune that Jerry Lee made a million seller. Drinkin' Wine was released twice, once in 1947 and again in 1949 having the distinction of putting the fledgling Atlantic Records on the map with its first big hit.

Course, of its many incarnations, the Semi-Official TWC theme tune remains the Bloomfield and Company cover (even if Mike's mike was non-functioning).
