Gentle Readers,
Many of you are aware of the assassination of my domain. Thanks to your emails I was alerted to the problem beginning last Thursday.
For now, you can reach the blog here:

There are few technical problems but mostly TWC is intact.
Here is a brief synopsis of what has happened.
My registrar's partner, Directi Internet Services dba
publicdomainregistry.com, has outdated information in its files and it thinks my domain has expired. Acting on bogus information it has changed the name
server to a domain parking lot.
My original registrar knows the domain is not expired (valid thru 2011).
Certain services (such as Network Solutions) also know the domain is not expired.
The registering partner ignores me. They have no phone, they have no email, they've ignored about 15 web contact forms.
The registrar ignores me.
They
do not answer the phone. They've ignored about 12 emails. They've
ignored about 12 web contacts. They have no street address.
BTW, they get a grade of F from the local BBB.
I've
been trying to resolve this since last Thursday when the first of my
readers sent me email about it.
All I could do is sit here and helplessly watch as one by one, at servers across the
world, my domain just winked out of existence. New Zealand was one of
the last to wave goodbye before my own did on Monday morning.
As Ever,
TWC
